Pumping and Bottle Feeding the Breastfed Baby

The Health and Wellness Fair was a great success! We made connections with professionals in related fields and with people in the community! Such a lovely experience!

Our theme for May is "Pumping and Bottle Feeding the Breastfed Baby"

Pumping should not hurt.

Many parents are not using the right sized flanges, which leads to pain/discomfort and lower output. More often than not, I am sizing people down. Only the nipple should be moving in and out of the pump tunnel. I've included a helpful graphic below!
